The heart of The Mighty Right is “community”. It seems in today’s world finding real truth is difficult at best, and finding someone to STAND for TRUTH is nearly impossible.
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think about developing community and sticking my neck on the chopping block, but COVID changed EVERYTHING! I went through perhaps the worst lockdown in Melbourne Australia with governmental tyranny running rampant. I watched my church cower citing an unbiblical viewpoint to justify compliance. And I knew of hundreds dying from suicide, and tens of thousands with mental illness due to having no community and no hope. Even I myself suffered from mild PTSD.
NEVER AGAIN!
Out of anger from what I lived through and the lack of support I had, I produced a video on “Stockholm Syndrome” which would explain why so many went along with the tyranny. From this video I have become somewhat of a “regular” on the Tom Hughes show as the eyes and ears for Australia, but from my American perspective. And after a few shows people kept asking how to hear more. So while I am a private person, I also recognized God gave me a huge gift of video production, along with a Biblical perspective. And so in the interest of not squandering my “talents”, I figured I should just suck it up and do what’s asked.
19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
I have a successful media production business producing quality corporate and commercial videos, and plan on continuing. However if God makes a way to keep the lights on here, I have much more interest in putting my “treasures in heaven” which are the people we reach.
